Nouvelle AOM, a group of architects, has won the bid to fully renovate the aging Montparnasse tower. Hotel, incubator, offices, cafés, restaurants will be delivered in 2024. The patios of the parvis will be planted with trees and the floors above the 14th will have a planted loggia. New AOM will also create a suspended garden on the 14th floor. This level, dedicated today to technical installations, is presented by the architects as the future « highest garden in Paris ». Finally, the tower will be 18 meters higher and the new summit will host an « agricultural glasshouse ».
